• Eligible Returns: Returns or replacements are strictly limited to instances where an incorrect design or wrong item was delivered.

• Non-Eligible Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or minor fabric/color expectations.

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a return for an incorrect item, a clear, unedited unboxing video from start to finish is mandatory. The video must clearly show the unopened package label and reveal the wrong item received.

• Reporting Window: Please contact our support team with the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
